It used to be that people only thought of vitamin D in relation to your bones – vitamin D and calcium are both crucial to bone health. But all that only-bone-focus has changed in just the last few years. Here’s a nice 4 minute summary of some of the white-hot research news on the sunshine vitamin – vitamin D.
