July 4th – In Lou Gehrig’s Honor

Major League Baseball is honoring the occasion by reading Lou Gehrig’s words in their entirety in the 7th inning of 15 games nationwide. So what does a 70-year-old, 270-word retirement speech have to do with me and you – and your health?
