Very articulate writing. I am encouraged that there are women who have at least moved on from the notion that it is all mens' fault, and to the realization that we (men + womb-men) have both participated in screwing things up (just as male sexual harassment followed the female lead). Now we have a chance at a better world perhaps, or so the undying premed in me hopes. But so far, Golda Meier, Margaret Thatcher, and Hillary Clinton, in my opinion, have proven themselves as good as men, but so far, only those representing traditional woman-as-nurturer lifetime achievement awards like Mother Theresa have shown themselves to be gender-superior. I am open to debate on this, of course.

How exactly does one hoist in an imaginary scrotum?
Brilliant post. Thanks for the laugh, and the reminder of the tension that women in male-dominated careers face.
